Great experience but 1 sweatshirt not available but was when I ordered a little disappointed but others were good quality

I was totally upset by this company as they refused to communicate and I received items very late

Fantastic, quick postage. Beautiful quality items received in safe, sturdy packaging. Items were gifts and the recipients love them. Highly recommend this company.

Kept emailing them to find out situation as my order was continually showing as still not despatched. Must have emailed 3 or 4 times over a 2 week period chasing, each time receiving an auto reply saying customer services will get back to me within 48 hours. Nobody gets back to you. Had to eventually contact my credit card company to get my money back. Never did hear back from the company. I should have read all the other reviews before I made the purchase.

Great product and great price. But downfall is the customer service side, the delivery date was given nothing came nothing shipped I had to reach out to find out what was happening. It doesn’t take much to let customers know there is a delay and the reason as it was first time ordering I thought maybe had been scammed. It did eventually arrive but has put me off ordering again. Just update customers of delays I wouldn’t haven minded as long as I was kept in the loop.

I placed an order with IWOOT on 9th December with an estimated delivery time of two weeks. Unfortunately, there was no communication or update from the company within that timeframe.

In late December, I received an email apologising for the delay and advising that any concerns could be addressed via a website link. However, this did not lead to any resolution. Then, in late February, I received another notification—still without the product—and found that the provided link was no longer functional.

Since then, the company appears to have launched a new website (while retaining the same trading address). When attempting to log in using the original order details, there is no record of my purchase.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience with a complete lack of transparency and customer support. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend IWOOT and will be reporting the matter to Trading Standards.

Absolutely shocking service. Still waiting on order from November 2025. Cant access my account, can't get any answers. Took my money fast enough. Scam service. DO NOT TRUST.

Ordered on Jan 1st for Black series helmet. Apparently "encountered a processing error so I've raised this for you" on 16th Feb Still no word currently on March 9th. Now the have seemed to have changed there website and I can no longer log on to my account and all links in previous correspondence or order confirmation. REALLY?? Should have headed te reviews. Terrible!! Now thinking I have been scammed

Just received my package and I can not fault the purchase from
Start to finish. I ordered a SpongeBob Funko pop for my Grandson. The box was well packaged which was lovely to see. I contacted the Customer Service Team yesterday just as a rough guide when my parcel will arrive, they confirmed it’s today and even gave me the tracking number. Will definitely buy from here again

Avoid - scam company who do not respond to emails and do not have stock provided on their website

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND REFUSED RETURN…

Ordered a hat that came about a month later with no communication what so ever and then to my surprise the hat arrived with no “ premium cotton bag” or even a box so i returned but they sent it back to me because it “smelt of smoke” yet nobody in the household even smokes!!!

If you packaged your items correctly how they are advertised instead of falsely advertising your products maybe they would avoid picking up unwanted smells during storage and transit which is clearly where the item picked up the smell… pathetic, trading standards informed

Used to be a 'go to' for Christmas and birthdays.
Most goods on site have been around for years and the service I received from IWOOT and on of their sellers has put me off ever using them again

Received a message today, 17/02/2026 saying the gift I ordered as a Christmas present was going to be delivered this Thursday. Couldn't get a refund when I asked. Couldn't get it cancelled long before it should have arrived either. Ordered at the start of December.

Disgraceful company ordered 2 items on the 3/2/2026 still havent arrived, now being told one was delivered which wasnt and one not in stock. Yet Both items still say being processed, no refund at all still waiting after 13 days. AVOID

3 items ordered before Xmas 25 with a 3-5 day delivery given. Only 1 item arrived during this period. By early January 2 items had still not even been processed and as originally intended as Xmas presents I wrote to cancel order. Receiving no confirmation of cancellation I wrote again stating items have not been dispatched please do as I ask and do not take monies from my account. On 23.1.26 one item was cancelled but one still remained. I received notice that company was having computer issues. I wrote again saying cancel the last item and do not take monies from my account. When looking at my bank account later I was very angry and frustrated to see monies had been taken from my account for the last item and in due course it arrived. Can only say what an unprofessional practice from start to finish. Delivery date was not true as - goods were not even in their possession. Several attempts to cancel order ignored. Monies taken from my account when specifically told not to on two occasions.
So annoyed and unimpressed.

Fraudulent company.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 11th December 2025, which their checkout told me would be delivered on the 12th.
By the 22nd, their published last dispatch date, it still hadn't reached me. So I contacted them via their online contact system in their account centre asking if it would likely be delivered by Christmas.

I had no response to the message, so by the 24th I contacted them again requesting the order be cancelled, and explained that as a Christmas gift, it arriving after Christmas was no use to me.

By the 21st January I had still received neither my order or any reply to either of my contact attempts, so I raised a dispute with my card provider.
Magically, 3 hours later, I got a dispatch note for the order, or rather for half of it, which then showed up the following day.

I contacted the company again on the 22nd January telling them that I had already disputed the transaction, no longer wanted the order, and wanted to return (unopened) what they had shipped me.

To date (13th Feb) Iwantoneofthose/THG/Zavvi have never replied to any of my 3 contacts.
They cannot deny that they received them, because they still to this day show up as messages within the "customer service contact centre" within my account, showing the dates I contacted them and the content of each message, and the "Last Replied" timestamp simply says "-".

They have now provided dishonest information to my card provider telling them that they had shipped my goods (after the dispute was raised) then contradicted themselves to say they'd only shipped *some* of the goods because the rest had been requested cancelled (when I had requested the entire order be cancelled), but that they couldn't refund me because of the dispute (there was a month between me requesting the cancellation and raising the dispute, this comment clearly shows that they only even tried to action part of the cancellation after the dispute was received).

So just over 2 months after placing an order, I did not receive the order in the timeline I was supposed to, they've completely ignored 3 contacts I've raised with them, but they have found the time to lie to my card provider about their failure to either deliver my order on time or cancel it.

Update 14th March 2026: It should surprise no-one reading this review that despite the below response promising someone would look into and contact me, a month later I have still had no communication whatsoever from these thieves. Who, again, have literally taken my money, provided nothing in return for it, and lied to my card provider about what they've done.
