Willow Lounge at LOrds
Firstly, Madison at HF was great organising the tickets and being patient with all my questions!
I highly recommend The Willow lounge at Lords. My guest and I were taken care of my the staff, had a fantastic view and had a long conversation with the host ex pro Mark Ramprakash - who was very accommodating and knowledgable.
Overall, I would highly recommend.

Amazing personal service from start to finish!
From the moment I heard that KATSEYE concert tickets were going to be released, I contacted Katherine Jones and within hours she had secured us four amazing premium seats.
The seats were absolutely fantastic with a first-class view, perfectly located right next to the merchandise area, and we also had access to the Barclays Club Lounge which made the whole experience feel even more special.
Katherine made everything so easy and completely took the stress out of trying to secure tickets for such a popular concert. Her personal service, attention to detail and communication were exceptional.
We had the most amazing evening and created memories we’ll never forget. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Katherine again — highly recommend! ⭐️

Great service booking a hospitality experience
I spoke to Adam Wood over the phone about booking a hospitality experience at the Oval. He was really helpful, took lots of time to answer any questions I had and he managed to find an experience that is tailored to what I wanted.

BTS Tottenham
It's taken me a while to write this but I want to thank Kat and the team for an amazing experiance at the BTS shows in London. Everything was perfect. We were in the NFL suite for both nights and the seats were better than I could have imagined. The staging for the concert was a 360 stage in the middle of the pitch, and being on the 50 yard line allowed out group to take in everything and fully experiance all aspects of the show.The vantage point really allowed us to see everything.
Being able to stay that bit later after the show was also so helpful when it came to commuting as we missed the initial post concert rush.
Communication was great. I was organising for a group of of 11 and being able to send everyone their own ticket was a godsend. The air conditioning was worth it alone as we were in the middle of a heatwave.
I was lucky enough to also go to shows in the US and honestly, the Tottenham experiance was the best.
I can't reccomend Kat and the team at Hospitality Finders enough, one of the best ticketing agents I've used, and I plan on making them my go to when organising for events like this in the future.

Saw Bruno Mars at Wembley in premium seating. Madison helped me from the go. She was professional and supportive explaining my options. Explained when I would receive my tickets which I did when told I would. Experience couldn’t have been better

We was in the green room for Bruno Mars and from start to finish it was amazing!!!! My favourite part was the standard of food & drinks! Staff were very helpful and attentive & the view was so good!!! Great vibe, great atmosphere will deffo go again! Oh and don't forget the DJ !!
