Our thermostat temp keeps changing. When set to hot it goes cold. This first happened after a year of being installed but I kept hoping it will be okay and took a further few months to report back to the store. Even with this timescale Stephanie’s customer service was excellent. She patiently explained that I could attempt to recalibrate manually before seeking to purchase a replacement thermostat, and followed up with clear written instructions. Sadly this has not helped but does not detract from the customer service provided - much appreciated Stephanie!

I had occasion to return a tap simply because it was the wrong size but this occurred nearly two months since the purchase date. Karen could not have been more helpful and pleasant with clear instructions on the Returns process. What else is there to say apart from fully satisfied👌

Having purchased items from the Big Bathroom Shop a few years ago we came across an issue with our shower that came with a ten year guarantee. Ellie very efficiently sorted this by offering to replace a faulty part. Upon searching she was unable to source the exact replacement part and offered to replace the whole unit for us as a gesture of goodwill. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others. Very helpful and understanding. Thank you

When ive had an issue with it being delivered, out of your control, Lauren quickly resolved this again without any stress which has helped ease the stress of my renovation. Ordered a traditional shower, basin taps and toilet from this store in a brushed brass finish. Ordering was easy and I received regular updates throughout. Delivery was also well communicated and everything arrived in perfect condition.

When I opened the boxes I was blown away by the high quality of each item - no cheap plastic parts, everything was metal, and the finish was absolutely stunning. During installation my plumber commented several times how impressed he was with the products and how quickly queries were dealt with. He is now going to use Big Bathroom Shop himself and recommend them to future clients.

I bought a bathroom vanity with a sink, but when it arrived the sink was chipped. I contacted customer service who were excellent and very responsive even though it was over the Christmas period. The customer service representative ordered a replacement sink which arrived quickly however unfortunately this time the whole sink was cracked in two. After again contacting customer service I was sent another sink which arrived very well packaged and thankfully undamaged. The problem not was not with big bathroom shop it was with the courier they were using who were clearly not handling the products as fragile, however thanks to the excellent customer service the issue was resolved as quickly as possible.

I got a bit overwhelmed trying to work what I needed for my new bathroom but Stephanie was incredibly helpful. She helped me set up an account and was very patient guiding me and helping me to find the perfect combinations. Really impressed.

Our shower screen exploded in the extreme heat many years after buying it - the team at Big Bathroom Shop kindly replaced the impacted part and despatched a replacement within 24 hours. Thank you to Mariyum for her excellent support.

I purchased several Milano traditional radiators from Big Bathroom Shop as they offered the best price (including 10% off first purchase). The customer service was excellent: Tilly contacted me to ask what day they should deliver and had their courier phone me to follow up and confirm. Everything was delivered as requested.

Item was delivered broken , poorly packaged likely damaged during transportation, on its chat I sent photos of the broken item and they agreed to send a replacement the next day , three photos were sent and the damage acknowledged. Then I got an email asking for photos again, which I sent . No replacement item no reply email . This firm should be avoided as are unreliable.

Immediate delivery of my tap. I didn't't pay the extra to have my tap delivered earlier, I didn't need to. The tap was delivered early the following day.

The three mirrored bathroom cabinet was delivered promptly, ready assembled and in perfect condition. I removed the doors in order to hang it on the wall, using the simple but effective fixings supplied. The doors went back on easily with their 'self closing' hinges, and I would recommend this cabinet to anyone.
